FREE DELIVERY FOR ANY ORDERS OVER £75.00
Free delivery is applied to all orders over £75 in value and will be sent via Recorded Delivery - please see below for information on this service.
United Kingdom — £0.00 (within 3 working days, anywhere in the UK).
Delivered by Royal Mail using their Recorded Delivery service, they aim to get your order to you within three working days provided you place your order before 12 noon. You will be required to sign for your delivery. Should no one be available to sign for your delivery, an information card will be left which will give you the option to either collect it from a designated depot or arrange to have it redelivered within 48 hours.
You may also request to have it delivered to your place of work.
Christmas/New Year Delivery Times
So that we are able to deliver your goods in time for Christmas, please follow the dates outlined below for our different delivery services:
- Standard Service - orders must be made in by 12 noon on 21st December.
- Next Day Service - orders must be in by 12 noon on 23rd December for next day delivery.
All orders placed online between 23rd December 2009 and 4th January 2010 will be sent out from the 4th January onwards, so all Next Day deliveries will reach customers on the 5th January.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges - Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned unless the merchandise is defective but unused. Items returned must be in resalable condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges - Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item, please contact our Head Office stating your Order Number and the nature of the fault. Please return any faulty goods, and, subject to confirmation, we will refund you in full (including the cost of postage up to the original delivery cost) or offer you an exchange.
Returning by Post
In order to save you time and ensure your refunds/exchanges are processed quickly and efficiently, please follow these instructions:
- Contact us at our Head Office (0121 444 4449) to discuss the nature of your return.
- Please repack your goods along with a note about the reason for the return, and send to us using the Returns Label provided on your Invoice/Receipt (which includes all the information we need to identify your order).
- Should you no longer have the original Invoice/Receipt, please include the reason for the return, your name/address and send to: The Jewellery Stop, 44 Poplar Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, England, B14 7AD.
- You must send your return using a secure or trackable method – eg. Recorded/Special Delivery – and please retain proof of postage.
Please note that until we receive your return the items and their condition are your responsibility.
What Happens Next?
Email Confirmation - We will send you an email to confirm your return has been received and refund processed. Please note returns can take up to 28 days to be processed.
Refund Processed - Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3-5 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. Delivery Charges are non-refundable.
Special Orders
These items are handcrafted to order, which means they are not available for immediate delivery. Delivery can take up to 14 days, but we will contact you to advise upon receipt of your order. Should your order contain items that are not Special Orders, we will get these to you via our usual delivery service, and ship the Special Order items at no extra cost to you.
